Absolutely amazing, I’ve ordered from them three times now. Their clothes are a little expensive but the quality is incredible. Sizes are true - you just need to look at the material and think if it has enough stretch. They dispatch and ship your items so fast. I’m in NZ, purchased a few things at 3pm and it had arrived from Aus by the next day before 4pm, just about a 24hr turnaround. I received a faulty item so I emailed them about it, got a reply SO fast and they sorted it out so quickly. Can’t fault them at all! My favourite place to buy from atm!
I’m super disappointed with this website! Never used it before but heard great reviews so thought I’d splurge on a few dresses I also purchased a “nina bodysuit”, the line looks like it has been cut with scissors, looks and feels so cheap, I can’t believe it’s $43.99 NZD. But the worse item by far that I got is the “Malone dress” in white for $71.99 NZD, now I’m not sure if all their white clothes are like this, but it’s COMPLETELY see through, you can see anything I’m wearing underneath :( there’s no way I could ever wear this out in public. I’m not usually one to complain or really notice clothing material, I’ve never had a problem with buying cheap clothes as long as they look nice on, so it’s honestly rare for me to hate clothes because I can usually make anything work, but this store isn’t even cheap and I know cheaper stores that have better quality. Please save your money, I’m now paying $60 in afterpay for clothes that I’ll never wear.

I have started ordering from That’s so Fetch in the last couple of months. At first I was a bit worried as with any online store, but after reading great reviews online I decided to go ahead and make an order and have been ordering from there ever since. The dresses that I have purchased are absolutely beautiful❤️, of great quality and true to size. The staff are also just as beautiful with their lovely texts & kind words. The ladies always start of with a beautiful greeting and have also taken the time to ask me how I am? ❤️..I have never felt so valued by a store before, it is so lovely to be one of their valued customers ❤️. I have had to return some dresses due to not suiting me and have had absolutely no issues in returning them for a store credit, and if I have another order already waiting to put through but my previous returns haven’t arrived back at the store, the wonderful staff just ask me for the tracking information and then they send me my voucher ASAP!! Usually my returns haven’t made it back to them and I’m ordering all over again! Yes, I am obsessed with their clothing, especially their beautiful dresses ❤️and I have absolute peace of mind that I will receive my clothes with no issues at all! The entire team at That’s So Fetch are a credit to their store and should be so proud of themselves as I am! ❤️

Just received my clothes to the U.K. and I am obsessed! The quality is amazing and fit so flattering. Delivery only took 5 days, can’t believe how quick it was to say it came all the way from Australia! I will 100% be ordering again as there are so many nice clothes I want that you just can’t get in the U.K. in these styles and quality. Would highly recommend!
I just got my beautiful pink jacket form thats so fetch. The quality is amazing the size is perfect. The jacket more beautiful than it was on the website. Delivery was really quick. I am more than happy with the product, Thank you
Placed an order online. It came very quickly but when trying to return it, it wouldn’t give me an option to return from Canada. They have an awful policy and their clothing is cheap. Would NEVER recommend buying anything from this store. 70$ down the drain on what was supposed to be my grad dress that is now my nothing dress going straight into the garbage. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

They don't even have a physical store and dont even offer refunds. On top, to get your exchange you have to pay for shipping!
At least offer a refund option since there is no physical store. I done a stupid mistake ordering from a trashy store like this. Don't do the same as me!
Super fast shipping and great quality dresses (lined, sturdy and fit super well). I bought them for my birthday and I’m soo excited to wear them on the night :)) Very happy
Went to Pacific Werribee today was not happy with the service the lady was unfriendly and not helpful. I can't call the store cuz they don't have a phone I've tried to call a mobile number no reply. I live 1 hour away would like to call to see when there's new stock in also they have more beautiful dresses online not in store. Can't order in and try on or go to their Warehouse.
The lady is like I don't know anything!!!!! She really didn t care, I asked her have you been busy since you've open after the covid she's like yes, I'm like I'm really annoyed cause I spend alot of money but u don't care

I was super surprised at how fast my delivery came and also how helpful customer service was when I needed to change my size. Even with changing sizes my shirt got here NEXT DAY!! That never happens!! I will only be buying from here from now on.

Great experience! I had ordered some pants online and needed to urgently exchange them for the following day delivery as I was going away.
I sent an email to that’s so fetch advising them of the above.
I later that day received a call from an employee, personally delivering my order as they were not sure the pants would get to me in time, due to postal delays. Great customer service!

Dresses seem to be extremely short unfortunately. I even went 2 sizes up from what I usually am and still found their stuff way too short. If you are petite, this brand may be perfect for you! Although I didn’t find anything I was happy with, their shipping is absolutely amazing and came within the next day.
I ordered 2 “Grace” Dresses, one floral and one baby blue. Shipping was great however the dresses were so expensive and when I received them they were nothing like what was on the website. They look and feel cheap. Super disappointed.
